Summary
In regard to the letter from the City of John Day on Backflow Devices: If you have an underground sprinkler system, fire system or a boiler you are required by the State of Oregon Drinking Water Service and the cities backflow presentation program to have a backflow device. If you do not have these 3 items in your system you may disregard the letter. If you are unsure, please contact the City of John Day at 541-575-0828 or Casey Myers at 541-620-3090.
