Probation sentences in two Grant County trespassing cases

JOHN DAY – Two people will spend time on probation in separate trespassing cases, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents.
Austen James Titus, 31, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, committed on or around November 16th, 2023. Titus was sentenced to 12 months on Bench Probation with special conditions.
In the other case, Lyssa Kaye Sawin, 33, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespassing in the Second Degree, committed around December 11th of this year. Sawin was placed on Bench Probation for 12 months with special conditions, according to court documents.
