Probation for woman guilty of theft in Grant County

CANYON CITY – A woman was sentenced to probation in Grant County Circuit Court on a theft charge. Jordan Rae Wright, 31, pleaded guilty to Theft in the Second Degree, committed in May of 2025.
Wright was sentenced to 18 months on Bench Probation with Special Conditions, including completion of 60 hours of community service and/or serve on a county work crew as directed by the Probation Office. The guilty plea was entered on January 5th.
