Prairie City gears up for New Year’s Eve fireworks show

PRAIRIE CITY – The City of Prairie City will be putting on their annual New Year’s Eve fireworks show on Saturday December 31^st, 7:00 p.m. They’ll be lighting them off at the industrial area west of the Prairie Wood Products sawmill. City officials say the show should be visible from anywhere in town.

Public works asks that folks maintain a safe distance from the team lighting off the fireworks and do not block road access to the industrial area for fire equipment. Any questions can be directed to City Hall at 541-820-3605.
