BONNEVILLE WILL BE SHUTTING THE POWER OFF AT 2 PM.
At todayโs Falls Fire and Telephone Fire Cooperatorโs Meeting, we received information that Bonneville Power is considering a power shut off for public safety due to expected high winds and gusts of 50 mph. ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐๐ค๐๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐, ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฒ, ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ฐ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ค๐๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐๐ค๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ.

To prepare for a power outage:
o Make sure you have flashlights and extra batteries on hand,
o Charge your devices,
o Fill extra water jugs,
o Fill your pets’ and livestock water troughs,
o Have extra gas on hand, and anything else you might need.
The Harney Hub (Senior Center) at 17 S Alder in Burns remains a cooling and clean air shelter if needed.
