BAKER CITY – (Information from the Oregon State Police) The OSP arrested April Boutillette Brinkman of Portland near Baker City following a vehicular pursuit on Monday. The final arrest occurred on I-84 near milepost 349 East Bound. The OSP description of the incident is as follows:
“The Oregon State Police located a subject wanted for custodial interference, Domestic violence and Burglary. It was reported that the suspect had taken a child from a residence in Clark County Washington. The Oregon State Police initiated a pursuit with the subject eventually terminating due to the safety of a child passenger in the vehicle. Unmarked law enforcement vehicles tailed the suspect until it was successfully spiked and forced to pull over. The suspect was taken into custody for the warrant and the child was transported back to his father. The vehicle was removed from the scene incident to arrest by Baker Valley Towing.”
