Police seek third suspect in 2018 murder

KENNEWICK – Kavonte Enoch Conley, 23, has been identified by the Kennewick Police Department as the third and final suspect in the October 2018 murder of Hunter Black, 18. Conley currently has a warrant for his arrest for the alleged crime of first-degree murder.

Conley called the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office and confirmed he is currently wanted, but has not yet turned himself in.

Black was murdered inside his residence in what detectives described as a targeted home invasion robbery. Two other men have already been arrested in connection to Black’s murder.
