Pile burning to continue on Blue Mountain Ranger District

GRANT COUNTY – The Blue Mountain Ranger District plan on conducting more pile burning this week, according to information from the Malheur National Forest. Prescribed burning is expected to occur in the Tin Units along Forest Service Road 4559, the Twin Units along Forest Service Road 2010, and the Big Units along Forest Service Road 2090
All piles will be monitored until declared out. Follow updates on the Tri-Forest interactive map, found on the4 Malheur National Forest’s website.
