LA GRANDE – City of La Grande Public Works will be closing Penn Ave. on Wednesday, August 5th, between 5th and 6th Streets for sewer line construction. Residents in that area, please refrain from parking on Penn Ave. during construction. If you have questions, please call the Public Works Department at 541-962-1325, thank you!
