PENDLETON – The Pendleton Planning Commission has two hearings on its agenda at its meeting this evening (Thursday) at 7 in City Council Chambers.

The first hearing is a request to replat 26 individual lots off of Southeast Isaac Avenue. The move will, according to the petitioner, create lots that are bigger than twice the minimum size. Owners Chelsea Meduri and Bill Weissenfluh want to create three lots out of the property on Southeast 19th Street.

The second hearing is a continuation of adopting housing strategies for the city of Pendleton. Those strategies should include affordable housing and rental relief programs. The housing strategy report will be supplemental to the city’s housing needs analysis.

The meeting is available on Zoom. The link is posted on the meeting agenda which can be found on the calendar page of the city of Pendleton’s official website at https://cityofpendletonor.civicweb.net/Portal/MeetingSchedule.aspx.
