Over 20 years later and still no answers in the disappearance of Leona Kinsley

LA GRANDE – Over 20 years later there are still no answers into the mysterious vanishing of Leona Kinsey from La Grande. Kinsley was last seen in October of 1999. According to information from the La Grande Police Department, they are still continuing to review this case, conducting interviews and following up on information when it is received.
Kinsey was 45 years old at the time of her disappearance.
