Over 100 viewed Town Hall meeting

LA GRANDE – The City of La Grande held a virtual Town Hall meeting this week and Mayor Steve Clements described what took place. Four Health Care Providers, Dr. Bryan Conklin, RN Shaye Perry, NP-C DNP Jared Hulme, and Dr. Bryan Tolle were present discussing how they deal directly with COVID patients and answered questions on vaccinations. It was an opportunity to hear what the providers were experiencing about COVID, the treatment, and its prevention. Clements said, there were some questions from the community about the vaccine and the treatment. Clements felt the Health Care Providers provided a very honest explanation to the questions. The outcome and feedback from the Town Hall meeting was very positive and all that were present felt the information went over well, according to Mayor Clements. Nearly 100 viewed the Town Hall meeting and with the recording of the meeting, Clements feels more people will view and listen to the meeting.
