Outdoor burning restrictions have been lifted

BURNS, HINES AND HARNEY COUNTY-All outdoor burning restrictions have been lifted for the City of Burns, City of Hines, and Harney County residence effective September 16, 2024. The burning restriction has been lifted due to the cooler temperatures and increased moisture.

We ask that you follow all safety tips in the burn regulations and ensure any outdoor burning is completely extinguished and cold to the touch before leaving it. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a citation.

Check with your local Fire Departments and County office for more information. Make Sure you get your burning permit.
