BAKER COUNTY — Update. 4:19 p.m. (From OTEC) There have been multiple power outages due to weather. Power has been restored in the North Powder area. Full restoration is expected to complete around 7:00 p.m.

OTEC are reporting a power outage in Baker County impacting 2083 members, primarily in Hanes and North Powder. Crews are currently working to restore power. No estimated time of restoration has been provided.
