OTEC Dispatching Satisfaction Surveys to Member Owners

BAKER COUNTY – (Information from Oregon Trail Electric CO-OP) OTEC recently announced that it will dispatching service satisfaction surveys to some member owners this week, clarifying:

“The email’s subject line will say ‘You Electric Cooperative is seeking participants for an online research forum.’ If you receive one of these emails, they are legitimate and not spam or phishing! If you choose, we greatly appreciate your participation in the survey.

We know the backbone of every cooperative is a satisfied member, and these surveys allow us to target areas of improvement allowing us to provide you with a level of service that’s second to none. So let us know how we’re doing!”
