Oregon State Police arrest a Burns man with 5 outstanding warrants

Burns-On Tuesday March 21, 2023, Oregon State Police contacted a make subject on foot on East Madison Street near the North Date Ave. Intersection in Burns. A records check indicated that David Peck, 52, of Burns had 5 outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Harney County, Theft in the Third Degree, Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, Failure to Appear and Probation Violation times 2.
Peck was placed under arrest and transported to the Harney County Jail where he was booked and lodged.
