Oregon State Police and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, investigating wolf kills

According to Oregon State Police (March 19, 2021), an investigation is being conducted on five wolves that were found deceased in the Mt. Harris area of Union County.  On February 9th Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife reported a collar on a wolf that was indicating a mortality signal.  All five carcasses were taken to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife forensic lab to determine the cause of death.
