Oregon State Police and Burns Police Department arrest a local for Domestic Violence

BURNS-On Friday, Oregon State Police responded to 649 East E St in Burns to assist local agencies with a domestic disturbance.

A subject identified as Richard Galusha, 45, of Burns, left the area prior to police arrival. Oregon State Police located Galusha on West Hayes St and took him into custody without incident for Assault 4, Domestic Violence based upon the investigation by Burns Police Department.

Oregon State Police transported Galusha to the Harney County Jail where he was lodged. Burns Police Department was the primary agency in this call for service.
