Harney County-Craig Neher with Ed Staub & Sons spoke on Harney County Live about the Oregon Clean Fuels Program that was implemented in 2009 as House Bill 2186 and started taking effect in 2016.
Craig explained what the program is and how as consumers we will be paying more at the pump and how costly it is for fuel companies.
