OR82 Bridge Near Wallowa has Re-opened. Work Continuing Through Summer.

WALLOWA – (Release from the Oregon Department of Transportation) The girder set is complete and OR82 has been reopened. Over the next several weeks the contractor will be placing false deck and rebar in preparation for pouring the bridge deck. For the remainder of the summer, traffic will be controlled by flaggers or the temporary traffic signal during working hours and by the temporary traffic signal during non-working hours. Up to 20-minute delays can be expected 24/7. The signal is expected to remain in place until the new bridge is open to traffic this fall.
