SALEM – The third meeting of Gov. Tina Kotek’s Rebuilding Our Transportation Vision Workgroup will meet tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9 a.m. Umatilla County Board of Commissioners Chair Dan Dorran is a member of the workgroup.

The group has invited members of the Oregon Legislature to join a roundtable discussion about their priorities for Oregon’s transportation system as well as what they want to see in a final framework of recommendations to address the funding crisis for the Oregon Department of Transportation.

The panel will meet a total of nine times. Their task is to review transportation needs, funding challenges, priorities, and tradeoffs; and to provide recommendations to inform action for the 2027 session of the legislature. Their report is to be completed in December.

Watch the meeting live on the Oregon Department of Transportation’s YouTube page starting at 9 a.m. A recording of the meeting will also be shared on the Workgroup homepage, where more information is also available. Feedback to the workgroup is welcome and can be emailed to RebuildingTransportation@odot.oregon.gov.
