BAKER COUNTY — Youth in Baker County will have a unique opportunity to learn the basics of automobile maintenance in an interactive event coming to the Baker County Fairgrounds. Sponsored by 4-H, the Shift into Gear–Basic Car Knowledge for Youth free class is geared toward 4-H members aged 9 and older and will provide an introduction to automotive basics. The workshop will cover fluid maintenance, tire and battery maintenance, and common car emergencies. The four-part class will begin on February 7th and continue through March 21st at the Baker County Fairgrounds. Find further details in the information provided by OSU Extension Baker County below:
