One transported to hospital following rollover crash on OR-19

DAYVILLE – Emergency vehicles responded Tuesday to the report of a rollover crash on OR-19, 1 mile north of the intersection with Hwy-26.

Scanner traffic indicated one person was trapped inside of a van on its top, in the John Day River. Elkhorn Media Group staff managed to snap some photos of the accident.

The driver, and elderly male, was transported to Blue Mountain Hospital via ambulance. Nothing further has been released at this time.
