Officer Tanner Smith joins the Ontario Police Department

ONTARIO — The Ontario Police Department recently welcomed a new police officer onto their team. Officer Tanner Smith, a local of the Ontario area, was sworn into duty this week. On Thursday, Ontario Police shared photos of the ceremony. According to OPD’s web page, “The Ontario Police Department consists of 25 full-time employees which include 21 sworn officers and 4 non-sworn positions. We also have numerous volunteers that serve our community.”
