Officer Safety Notice and Attempt to Locate

Harney County (Released from Harney County Sheriff’s Office)-Portland FBI is attempting to locate Robert Michael Lindsay Reynolds. He is 6 feet tall, weighs about 150 pounds, has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Reynolds is wanted for making several violent threats, including them being toward minorities, women and law enforcement. He is believed to be armed and may have knowledge of explosives. he travels and resides in a yellow freightliner bus converted to a mobile home with license plates from Arizona CL85288 03.

Until late June Reynolds was in the Boise, Idaho area. As of July 20, 2021, it is believed he is in the Klamath Falls, Oregon area.
