WALLOWA COUNTY – The contractor will finish drilling and pouring shafts on the Wallowa end of the Bridge Replacement Project near Wallowa by today according to ODOT. Wednesday and Thursday they will be moving the cranes and drilling equipment across the bridge and begin drilling foundations on the North end of the new structure.
Traffic will be controlled by flaggers or the temporary traffic signal during working hours, and by the temporary traffic signal during non-working hours. Up to 20 minute delays can be expected 24/7. The signal is expected to remain in place until both travel lanes are available again early this fall.
