SALEM – (News release from the Oregon Department of Agriculture) After months of hard work, the Oregon Department of Agriculture is thrilled to announce that its new website is launching on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

ODA’s website will be temporarily unavailable to the public from 8:00 p.m. December 10 until 12:01 a.m. December 11 while the transition to the new site takes place. We apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause.

We recognize the launch coincides with the renewal period for several ODA licenses. While we do not expect the transition to interfere with this process, we are working to minimize potential disruptions for customers trying to renew a license. If you experience any issues, please use this direct link to renew your license. If you need additional support, email website@oda.oregon.gov or contact the program that issues your license.

As part of the agency’s commitment to modernization, customer service, and organizational excellence, the legacy website is being retired and replaced by a new site with enhanced navigation features, a refreshed look and feel, and additional content to better serve our customers and the broader Oregon agricultural community.

We are immensely grateful to everyone who supported this project, including those who participated in ODA’s website feedback survey in 2023 and the card sort activity earlier this year. One of our primary goals for this project was to improve the user experience on ODA’s website, and your input and suggestions were instrumental to this effort.

While ODA’s new website can still be found at Oregon.gov/ODA, many of our page URLs will change slightly. Please plan to update any bookmarked URLs you may have saved after the launch. Measures, including URL redirects, are in  place to help users find the information or page they are looking for, including URL redirects, but if you need additional assistance, please email website@oda.oregon.gov.
