Willis Howard Vowell, 62, a resident of Baker City, Oregon died January 20, 2024 at his home.
Willis was born September 25, 1961 in Camp Pendleton, California to Robert and Josephine (Adkins) Vowell.
He graduated from Baker High School in 1980. He married Patty Anderson in Reno, Nevada on March 19, 1994. Willis worked as a mechanic at Harney Rock and Paving for over 30 years. He loved spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, camping and being in the outdoors.
He was a great husband, dad and grandpa.
Willis is survived by his wife, Patty, his children, sons Theodore Vowell and Nick Vowell and daughter, Alicia Vowell. His mother, Josephine Vowell of Halfway, Oregon, sisters, Wendy Lenore and Noel Sitkoff, brothers, Rob Vowell and Andrew Vowell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Vowell.
