Celebrating Life
Judy Ann Lambert, 67, of La Grande, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Grande Ronde Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held next spring.
Judy was born on September 25, 1956 in La Grande, Oregon to Eldon and Betty (Emery) Hogg. She was raised in La Grande, and graduated from La Grande High School. She married Roger “Rocky” Lambert on October 5, 1975. They later divorced but still remained good friends.
Judy enjoyed growing and planting flowers and plants, crafting, making jewelry, going to the mountains, walking along the river with her dog, Toka, and finding odd rocks. When the weather was warm, she was always outside planting flowers and working on the yard.
Judy is survived by her daughter, Jenny Lambert of Alabama; brothers, Danny Hogg and Doug Prince; sisters, Christina Hamilton and Nancy Wilks, all of La Grande; many nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldon Hogg and Betty Nicely; brother, Steve Hogg Sr.; grandparents, Virgil and Lavina Hogg. Obituary courtesy of Loveland Funeral Chapel.
