Celebrating Life

Frank S. Prindle was promoted to heaven on November 6, 2023, 25 days after the death of his beloved wife, Clara.

Frank was born in 1926 in Romoland, California and grew up adventuring and running wild on the Trinity River. He served in the Navy as a gunner in World War II. Frank attended Humboldt State University and graduated from University of California at Davis with a Teaching Credential in Vocational Agriculture. His career included teaching High School Agriculture and Industrial Arts, building houses, and teaching Elementary School. Clara said Frank was not happy unless he was teaching someone something – often the Bible.

Frank was venturous, fun-loving, and committed to his family. He was passionate about his faith, Biblical truth, and the mentoring of believers, young and old.

He is predeceased by his wife, Clara; parents, George and Frances Prindle; and sisters, Kay, Bette, and Georgia. Frank and Clara were married for 72 years. They had three daughters, Faye, Sharon, and Lynn; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Frank and Clara enjoyed being surrounded by their family, and Frank made sure he and Clara had many unique experiences together!

We are deeply grateful to the exceptional nurses and staff of Vange John Hospice for their warm-hearted and professional care. We particularly want to thank Eryn, Dad’s primary nurse. Obituary courtesy of Pendleton Pioneer Chapel.
