Donna Quebbeman, 87, of Bend, Oregon, passed away at her residence in the Brookdale Bend Retirement Community on November 4, 2023.
A funeral service for Donna will be held on Saturday, November 11th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Baker City. Friends are invited to remain at the church multipurpose room for a luncheon immediately following the service.
