Nyssa PD welcomes Officer Rick Reyna

NYSSA – The Nyssa Police department has welcomed their newest member to their reserves. According to Chief Ballou, Officer Rick Reyna brings with him previous experience as a reserve Officer as well as ordinance and code enforcement. Chief Ballou notes that Ofc. Reyna also brings strong dedication and a smile wherever he goes.
