NORTH POWDER – Due to further hot and dry conditions predicted for the beginning of October, the City of North Powder is maintaining its open burn ban until further notice. As mentioned in a recent newsletter, residents may only burn in approved barrels and only burn during mornings between 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. each day.

Any notices of the burn ban being lifted will be posted at City Hall and the North Powder Post Office.
