LAS VEGAS – Both Oregon cowboys are bringing home cash and finished better than in 2024 at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.

T.J. Gray, the Dairy bull rider, actually couldn’t have finished any higher. He ended his ride on Mr. Priefert with a score of 88.5 finishing first. His payoff for that ride was $40,512. Gray won the average and gets to take $209,000 home to Klamath County for being the top bull rider in the National Finals Rodeo.

Baker City’s Jesse Brown finished fourth in steer wrestling with a time of 4.1 seconds. He brings home $15,377. Brown is fifth in the average with 39.6 points on nine head and collected $31,937. He is third in the world standings, earning $324,447.

Both cowboys improved over their showings at the 2024 NFR. Gray was sixth in bull riding and Brown was 11th in steer wrestling.
