New Firefighter/EMT welcomed to LGFD

LA GRANDE – City of La Grande Fire Department welcomed a new member to their team recently. Firefighter/EMT Ben Blackwell had a busy first day last week taking his first call with seven minutes of being on shift.

The department asked the community to join them in welcoming Blackwell and wishing him a long and remarkable career at the station.
