BURNS, OR-Erik Olson officially became the full-time, permanent director of Harney District Hospital Family Care Clinic.

Erik moved here from Minnesota where he raised a family for 18 years. Erik decided it was time for a change after 18 years and moved to Butte, Montana.
he was working in Montana, and he received a promotion, when then brought him to Topeka, Kansas.
When working in the health system in Topeka he was sold. Erik and his wife, Kimberlee, decided to open a home care business in Sandy Utah.
“That was a fun and interesting business and a good experience, but it was like you never ‘turned off.’ You kind of had to live it 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” Erik said regarding his home care business.
The Olson’s decided after about 3 years to sell their business and look for other opportunities.
Erik was asked why he chose HDH and he stated “I love the leadership team here.”
