Nearly $1,300 raised for Grant County Oregon Museum Association at Grape & Grain event

JOHN DAY – Grant County Chamber of Commerce personnel report a successful Grape & Grain event held last Friday, May 15^th at the Grant County Fairgrounds. Over ten wineries, breweries and food vendors were present to serve a total of 113 attendees.

The Grant County Oregon Museum Association was able to raise $1296.00 with their ring toss and auctions.

Dinner was served by Shoshoni Winds of Canyon City, and the live music by Cover City of Central Oregon kept the spirits high. Entertainment was also provided by comedian Heath Vaugn of Prineville. Grape & Grain organizers stated, “It was a fun evening for everyone, and the band was great!”
