Nationwide wanted man found in Harney County

Harney County-On Saturday, August 18, 2023, Oregon State Police conducted a pedestrian stop on a subject walking on highway 395 near mile post 63C.
The subject was identified as Christopher Rader, who was wanted nationwide for drug distribution out of Kansas.
Rader was arrested and lodged at the Harney County Jail.
