Nampa man arrested for DUII in Baker County at 2.5 times the legal limit

BAKER COUNTY – A Nampa, Idaho man was recently arrested by the Oregon State Police in Baker County after being caught driving with a blood alcohol content of two-and-a-half times the legal limit. According to a recent OSP press log, 31-year-old Jared M Donaldson-Morgan was arrested following a traffic stop along I-84 near milepost 303 Westbound. The stop occurred at around 7:30 P.M. on Friday, July 11. The Full description of the stop and arrest, as provided in the OSP press log, is as follows:

“On the above mentioned date and time, a Trooper was dispatched to a driving complaint near MP 333 on 1-84 WB. The Trooper located the vehicle near MP 303 WB and conducted a traffic stop. Indicators of Impairment were observed when speaking to the driver. The driver consented to SFST’s where additional indicators of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and transported to the Baker County Jail where he provided a breath sample of 0.20%. The driver was criminally cited and released for the listed crimes and a sober driver retrieved the vehicle. “

Donaldson-Morgan’s specific charges included DUII-Intoxicants and Reckless Driving.
