N Avenue and 5th Street closure planned for La Grande March 24

LA GRANDE – (Release from La Grande Public Works) The intersection of N Avenue and 5th Street, will be closed to all traffic starting Monday, March 24th at 8:30 a.m. through Friday, March 28th, to complete sewer work in preparation for the upcoming street project on N Avenue. The closure will include N Avenue from 4th Street to 6th Street and 5th Street, from M Avenue to O Avenue. While local access within the closure will be available, no through traffic is allowed or possible. Please refrain from parking/driving on the street during the day when construction activities will be taking place.
