HERMISTON(News release from the city of Hermiston) Hermiston is excited to announce the launch of My Hermiston, a new mobile app that gives residents an easy, convenient way to connect with city services and stay informed about community happenings.

My Hermiston is a one-stop app for residents to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, broken streetlights, and utility concerns. Through the app, residents can submit service requests directly to relevant city departments 24/7, track their progress, and receive real-time updates about how their concerns are being addressed.

The app also keeps residents updated on what’s happening in Hermiston. Registered users will be able to receive community alerts about road closures, public events, emergency notifications and more.

“My Hermiston will play a major role in how we connect with our residents,” said Byron Smith, Hermiston City Manager. “The app strengthens two-way communication between residents and the City, creating real-time visibility into how requests are handled. It’s also a great way for people to stay in the loop on local happenings, from public works updates to community events.”

Residents can download the My Hermiston app today from the App Store or Google Play. After creating a free account, users can submit requests and set up notification preferences.
