Multiple agencies respond to shed fire in John Day

JOHN DAY – Few details have been released regarding an incident off of West Bench Road. On Sunday night at approximately 9:33 p.m., multiple fire agencies reported to a structure fire on West Bench Road in John Day. Grant County Emergency Communications reports that a motorhome and a shop were involved in the blaze.
The John Day Fire Department, as well as Canyon City, Prairie City, and Mt. Vernon Fire Departments all responded to the scene. Nothing further has been released.
