Multiple agencies respond to Nyssa house fire

NYSSA — All occupants of a residence involved in a house fire are reportedly uninjured, according to the Nyssa Fire Department. The fire occurred early Sunday morning, and multiple agencies responded to the scene. The Nyssa Fire Department has released the following information:

The Nyssa Police Department and Nyssa Fire Department responded to a residential fire incident located on the 200 block of S 7th St. at approximately 1:10 am on 1/4/2026. Fortunately, all occupants evacuated the premises without sustaining injuries. The American Red Cross has been notified to provide assistance to the affected family.

Appreciation is extended to the responding agencies that provided support. Vale Fire Department, Parma Fire Department, Malheur County Sheriff’s Office, Treasure Valley Paramedics, and Oregon State Police.
