More discrepancies between state and local COVID-19 numbers

JOHN DAY – According to Community Counseling Solutions Director Kimberly Lindsay, there is a discrepancy between the number of positive COVID-19 cases being reported for Grant County from the Oregon Health Authority, and what has been reported by local health officials. In an email to our newsroom Lindsay said that some individuals got reported to our county, but don’t actually reside here. Also, some individuals were tested outside of Grant County and were just reported. CCS will provide updated figures when they’re available.
