McAlister Rd Bridge, 2nd Street Bridge and OR86 Bridge work updates

UNION/BAKER COUNTIES – Work continues on multiple construction projects in and around Union and Baker Counties.
The following updates on projects are for the week of June 20-24
McAlister Rd Bridge: They will be tying rebar for the new rail early this week and be forming and pouring concrete late in the week. There will be lane closures and flagging with up to 20 minute delays on McAlister Rd all week.
2nd Street Bridge over I-84: The bridge remains closed to vehicles, but open to bicycles and pedestrians 24/7. They will be performing repair work on the bridge joints this week to prep for an overlay of the bridge deck that will occur the following week.
OR86 Bridge over I-84 (Richland Interchange): They will be drilling holes for and installing anchors for the new rail early in the week and tying rebar late in the week. There will be flaggers with up to 20 minute delays when work is occurring. There will be no impacts to traffic flow during non-work hours.
