Man sentenced to probation on DV charge

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time on probation on a domestic violence charge according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Jacob Brown, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of Harassment—Constituting Domestic Violence, committed in July of last year.

Brown was sentenced to 12 months on Bench Probation with special conditions. The guilty plea was entered on February 13^th.
