Man sentenced to 5 days in Grant County Jail for domestic assault

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail and probation following a domestic violence conviction in Grant County Circuit Court.
Christian Linn Joseph Cook, 22, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, committed in October of this year. Cook was sentenced to 5 days in jail and placed on Bench Probation for 18 months with special conditions. The guilty plea was entered on December 8th.
