Man sentenced on domestic violence, DUII charges and more

CANYON CITY – A man will spend time in jail on multiple convictions, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. David Wesley Burke, 28, pleaded guilty to charges across three different cases, including Harassment—Constituting Domestic Violence, Interference with Making a Report, DUII and Failure to Appear on a Criminal Citation.
Burke was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 18 months of Supervised Probation and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine. The guilty pleas were entered on March 3rd.
