CANYON CITY – A man was sentenced to spend time in jail and on probation for domestic violence and a firearm charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents.
Corey Michael Lenz, 51, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, as well as Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Lenz also pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Lenz was sentenced to a total of 22 days in jail, placed on Supervised Probation for 18 months, and ordered to pay an $800 fine. Five counts were disposed with no conviction.
