WALLA WALLA – Antonio Manuel Alejandre-Munoz, 39, of Walla Walla was sentenced Monday to two pending open cases from 2023 and 2022. He pleaded guilty to charges stemming from both cases.
Walla Walla County Prosecuting Attorney Gabe Acosta said the 2023 case involved felony eluding and the 2022 case involved unlawful use of a firearm, escape, vehicle prowl and malicious mischief.
In the 2022 case, Alejandre-Munoz was arrested for stealing firearms out of a vehicle in Walla Walla.
As for his sentence, Alejandre-Munoz received a four-month term in which he already served for the 2023 case. For the 2022 case, Acosta said he recommended a prison sentence for Alejandre-Munoz, however, the judge imposed a residential drug offender sentencing alternative, meaning a three-to-six-month impatient treatment, followed by 24 months’ probation.
